“Strong Team is the Key to Success” – IGA Gathered Together at Skywalkers Event
IGA Istanbul Airport celebrated the fifth edition of its annual ‘Skywalkers’ event for employees with great enthusiasm this year. Held under the theme “You Are Valuable at the Center” on June 4-5, the event took place in the airport’s parking area, bringing together employees for competitions, workshops, stage performances, and concerts.

In his opening speech, IGA Istanbul Airport CEO Selahattin Bilgen emphasized the importance of team spirit on the path to success. Bilgen stated, “We are developing new strategies to enhance our success, but one thing must be remembered: You cannot achieve it alone. The key to success is the presence of a strong and cohesive team. I thank you all for your dedication, perseverance, and collaboration throughout the year. It is a great pleasure to work with you and share this journey. As we enter summer, I invite all my colleagues to the Skywalkers event area to relax and recharge.”

Seçil Şendağ, Founder of 360 Communication, which manages IGA Istanbul Airport’s internal communication processes, highlighted the benefits of the event for employees. What’s Happening at the Event?
Skywalkers 2024 is packed with a variety of activities designed to help IGA employees bond with each other and unwind from the year’s fatigue. This year’s event featured inspiring talks, various competitions where employees had fun and won prizes, and creative workshops where they had the chance to discover and develop their talents. The most popular part of the event was the concerts featuring renowned artists.
