Another Successful Flight Test from KIZILELMA
Bayraktar KIZILELMA has successfully completed another flight training as part of the ongoing test programme. The testing process of the platform, developed as Türkiye’s first unmanned combat aircraft, continues uninterrupted.
It was stated that the data obtained from the latest flight is being analysed to improve the aircraft’s performance and mission capabilities.
Testing Process Continues Uninterrupted
Flight tests of KIZILELMA, developed domestically and nationally by Baykar, are being carried out continuously at the Baykar Flight Training and Test Center.
Within the scope of the test programme, it is stated that critical elements of the platform such as:
- Maneuverability
- Flight stability
- Mission systems are being further developed.
Target: First Quarter of 2026
According to a previous statement by Baykar Chairman Selçuk Bayraktar, Bayraktar KIZILELMA is planned to enter the inventory in the first quarter of 2026.
In this process, it is aimed to carry out final improvements in line with the data obtained from the tests.
Distinction of Being Türkiye’s First Unmanned Combat Aircraft
Bayraktar KIZILELMA is considered a significant milestone in Türkiye’s defence industry. The platform is expected to play a critical role in future air combat doctrines with its unmanned combat aircraft concept.
