Women Meet at High Altitude: ISG Launches the “Women Who Know No Limits in Aviation” Documentary Series
Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen International Airport is launching the “Women Who Know No Limits in Aviation” documentary series in celebration of World Women Aviators Day. Over the course of 12 months, 12 inspiring women’s stories will meet audiences in a digital archive.
A Meaningful Project Dedicated to World Women Aviators Day
Named after the world’s first female combat pilot, Sabiha Gökçen, Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen International Airport (ISG) is bringing to life a special project that highlights the strength and leadership of women in the aviation industry.
The documentary series titled “Women Who Know No Limits in Aviation” is being launched as part of World Women Aviators Day and carries the inspiring success stories of female professionals who have left their mark on the sector to digital platforms.

12 Months, 12 Women, 12 Inspiring Stories
Women role models working across different areas of the ISG ecosystem will meet audiences with monthly episodes throughout the year. From hangars to the tower, from operations to management, the unseen efforts and leadership journeys of women serving at the strategic points of aviation will be documented through this series.
Beyond being a documentary series, the project will also serve as a permanent digital archive.
A Legendary Legacy Carried into the Future
Inspired by the courage of Sabiha Gökçen, the project aims to strengthen the impact of women in the aviation industry and inspire future generations.
The first episode of the “Women Who Know No Limits in Aviation” documentary series will be released very soon.
