Russian Spy Plane Intercepted by NATO
Footage has captured the moment a Russian spy plane was intercepted by a NATO aircraft. The video, taken from inside the Russian Tu-142 plane, clearly shows this encounter.
In the video, a NATO Lockheed P-3 Orion can be seen approaching and flying alongside the Russian Tu-142. The crew in the cockpit of the Russian aircraft can be heard saying, “They are approaching…”
The NATO aircraft, with tail number 3298 and identified as belonging to Norway, is primarily used for reconnaissance, anti-submarine warfare (ASW), and search and rescue missions.
A similar incident was recorded in another video showing a confrontation between Russian and Danish jets over Kaliningrad. The footage shows a Russian Su-27P fighter jet cutting in front of a Danish F-16. The Belarusian pro-war Telegram channel Nevolfovich reported, “The Russian fighter jet caught the F-16 on a parallel trajectory and cut it off.”
