F-35 Fighter Jet Crashes During Takeoff

In Albuquerque, New Mexico, a fighter jet crashed during takeoff. The accident occurred near Albuquerque International Sunport, and emergency crews were dispatched to the scene to tackle the rapidly growing flames.

As intensive efforts continued around the wreckage, it was reported that the pilot, the sole occupant of the aircraft, survived the crash and was conscious. Officials confirmed that the pilot is in good health.

While it is not yet clear which airport the fallen jet took off from, authorities are investigating whether Kirtland Air Force Base, located nearby, is related to the incident. Unconfirmed reports suggest that the aircraft involved in the crash during takeoff was an F-35 fighter jet.

According to the Daily Mail, the airport was briefly closed to flights following the accident but later resumed operations.

Officials have not yet released an official statement on the cause of the crash, but eyewitnesses reported that the aircraft experienced some sort of issue shortly before taking off from the runway. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
