AJet to Add 10 New Aircraft by Year-End

The second Boeing 737-8 MAX to join AJet’s fleet has arrived at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport after a 12-hour flight from the USA. A total of 10 new aircraft will join the fleet by the end of the year.

AJet’s Second Boeing 737-8 MAX Lands in Istanbul

As part of its fleet expansion plans, AJet has taken delivery of its second Boeing 737-8 MAX, registered as TC-OHB, which arrived at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport. Following a roughly 12-hour flight from the USA, the aircraft landed in Istanbul at midday and was directed to the parking area.

Factory-fresh Boeing 737-8 MAX aircraft, registered as TC-OHC and TC-OHD, are expected to arrive in Istanbul by the end of August.

10 New Aircraft to Join the Fleet by Year-End

AJet aims to add nearly 10 factory-fresh Boeing 737-8 MAX aircraft to its fleet by the end of the year. Once cabin installations and seat fittings are completed, the new aircraft are expected to enter service on scheduled routes.

AJet officials state that the new-generation Boeing 737-8 MAX aircraft, with their fuel efficiency and eco-friendly technologies, will make a significant contribution to the airline’s operational capacity.
