Turkish F-16s in Action at BALTOPS-24: 41 Personnel Coordinated Operations
The Ministry of National Defense (MSB) announced Turkey’s participation in the BALTOPS-24 exercise, held in Poland from June 6-20. The Turkish Air Force contributed to the exercise with 3 F-16 fighter jets and 41 personnel. The exercise aimed to enhance coordination and cooperation among NATO countries over the Baltic Sea.
Turkey’s involvement in BALTOPS-24 aims to strengthen NATO’s defense capabilities against maritime security threats in the region. The Turkish Air Force personnel successfully completed 15 sorties and Air Defense Exercise (ADEX) missions as part of the exercise.
