Ajet’s Diyarbakir Flight Turns into a Nightmare: Passengers in Uproar!

Passengers on the morning 08:55 flight from Diyarbakir to Istanbul operated by Ajet, a regional airline of Turkish Airlines, claimed they were first kept waiting on the plane and then disembarked for various reasons.

Ajet’s flight VF3137, scheduled to depart from Diyarbakir Airport to Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen Airport, started boarding its passengers at 09:10, 15 minutes later than planned. Passengers reported being kept on the plane with various excuses until 11:30 and then disembarked at 12:00.

One passenger stated, “We boarded the plane at 09:10 for an 08:55 flight from Diyarbakir to Istanbul. We were kept waiting on the plane with various excuses until 11:30. They said they were unloading luggage and there were balance issues, then they made us get off the plane. They told us our luggage would go on the next flight and we would collect it in Istanbul. We were disembarked at 12:00. They said the plane couldn’t take off due to the increase in temperature, yet planes were taking off one after another.”

The passenger added that the issues on the plane were not properly communicated to them: “The problem on the plane was very different, but they didn’t tell us. When we asked questions, they didn’t even look at us. They treated us like fools. After we disembarked, we were directed to the ticket sales point and told ‘you will be assisted,’ but no one helped. They said they would refund our money, but we don’t want a refund. We need to get to Istanbul today because we all have planned schedules. We are going to Istanbul for work, hospital appointments, and other commitments.”

Passengers stated that they are still waiting at the airport and expect the issue to be resolved promptly.
