Direct Flights to Tirana from AJet: Services from Istanbul and Ankara Have Started

AJet has launched direct flights to Tirana departing from Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen and Ankara Esenboğa. Services on the Balkans route will operate 5 and 2 days per week.

Turkey’s youngest airline, AJet, has expanded its flight network in the Balkans by adding Albania’s capital, Tirana, to its destinations. With direct services from Istanbul and Ankara, passengers are offered a new alternative.

First Flight on the Istanbul–Tirana Route Operated

The first of AJet’s flights to Tirana departing from Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport was operated on 2 March 2026. Istanbul–Tirana flights will be operated reciprocally 5 days a week on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Direct Flights from Ankara to Tirana Begin

Expanding its flight network from the capital as well, AJet is launching direct flights from Ankara Esenboğa Airport to Tirana. The first flight on the Ankara–Tirana route will be operated on 5 March 2026. Services will be operated twice a week (Thursday and Saturday).

Flights to Tirana will be operated to Tirana International Airport, the main air gateway of Albania.
