Ahmet Bolat, the Chairman of the Board of Turkish Airlines, announced significant decisions regarding the company’s employees. Bolat stated that this Eid al-Adha, no bonuses would be paid; instead, some improvements have been made for the staff.

Early Raise Instead of Holiday Bonus

Bolat revealed that the planned salary increase, initially set for July, would be brought forward to May. “This decision was made to alleviate the financial burden on our employees,” Bolat explained.

January Raise and Year-End Bonus Decision

“We already implemented a raise in January. The final decision regarding bonuses will be made at the end of the year,” Bolat stated.

30% Improvement for TGS, TSS, and Turkish DO&CO Employees

Bolat also announced important news for employees of TGS (Turkish Ground Services), TSS (THY’s technical services company), and Turkish DO&CO. “This month, we will add a 30% increase to the salaries of TGS and TSS employees, and improvements will be made for these staff members,” Bolat said.
