TEKNOFEST is encouraging teams to develop new and innovative ideas with the TravelX Ideathon Competition. The competition aims to transform participants’ business ideas into projects that are innovation-focused, have high technological value, and are marketable.
Applications are accepted from teams consisting of a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 people, and the competition is open to everyone from high school students to PhD graduates. The competition consists of two stages, with the first stage being called Bootcamp. In this stage, participants will receive comprehensive training on entrepreneurship, presentation techniques, and the latest technologies, and they will develop their ideas.
In the second stage, the final process, selected teams will meet at TEKNOFEST Adana. The finalist teams will develop and present their ideas within specific technology verticals. These verticals include travel, aviation, cargo planning and operations, passenger experience in travel, sustainability and social responsibility in aviation, and digitalization in sales and marketing channels.
The exciting part of the competition is the prizes! In the TravelX Ideathon Competition, the first-place team will receive 90,000 miles per member, the second-place team will receive 60,000 miles, and the third-place team will receive 30,000 miles. Applications are open until June 30th.
