The auction will take place on July 30, 2024, at 14:00, through cash payment and open bidding. If the bid offered in the first auction is less than 75% of the determined value or if no buyer is found, a second auction will be held on August 6, 2024, at the same time.

Auction Conditions and Participation
Participants must meet the following conditions:
- Deposit: A deposit of 5% of the estimated value (5,950,000 TL) must be paid. This can be deposited at the Directorate’s cash desk or at T.C. Ziraat Bankası Mecidiyeköy Branch. Unconditional and indefinite letters of guarantee from banks or unconditional and indefinite bonds from insurance companies are also accepted.
- Payment: The auction price must be paid in cash.
- VAT: A VAT of 20% will be collected from the buyer. However, if an exemption letter under Article 13/a of the VAT Law is provided, VAT will not be calculated.
- Stamp Duty: To be paid by the buyer.
- Application: Those wishing to participate must apply to the Collection Department of the Large Taxpayers Office Directorate with their ID card and other required documents. Those bidding on behalf of someone else must provide a notarized power of attorney.

Auction Rules
The auction will proceed according to Articles 85 and 87 of the Law No. 6183 on the Procedure for the Collection of Public Receivables. If the bid offered in the first auction is less than 75% of the determined value or if no buyer is found, the second auction will be held on August 6, 2024, at 14:00. If no buyer is found or the offered bid is insufficient in the second auction, the asset may be sold within 6 months through negotiation and cash payment.
