The State Airports Authority (DHMİ) Aviation Academy has provided training to Rescue and Firefighting personnel working in various institutions and organizations in Libya. The training programs, conducted at the Erzincan Aviation Academy from September 30 to October 30, focused on topics such as Aircraft Fire Simulator, Rescue and Firefighting Vehicle Simulator, and Aircraft Fire Tactics Training. A total of 2024 participants received both theoretical and practical lessons to support their professional and personal development.
The program included courses on Communication, Leadership and Management, Teamwork, Safety Management, Stress Management, Change Management, and Life-Saving Techniques. Additionally, hands-on training sessions aimed at enhancing professional skills in the fields of Rescue and Firefighting were provided.
As DHMİ Aviation Academy continues to receive international training requests, it is set to provide further training to groups from Libya on October 5 and from Georgia on November 20.
