Russian airline Aeroflot has decided to increase pilot salaries by 30% for the upcoming fall season. According to a statement from Aeroflot’s press service, the company’s General Manager Sergey Aleksandrovskiy announced that pilot salaries will be increased by an average of 30% in the fall of 2024.
The new salaries will come into effect on October 31. Pilots flying 70 hours a month will see their salaries rise to 624,000 rubles, while co-pilots’ salaries will increase to 407,000 rubles. For those flying 85 hours a month, pilot salaries will be set at 820,000 rubles and co-pilots’ salaries at 530,000 rubles.
