Her background includes senior leadership positions with Trafalgar River Cruises, Lindblad Expeditions, Windstar Cruises, Nexion Travel Group, AmaWaterways, Resorts World Bimini and Royal Caribbean Group. She will work alongside Salmon through the remainder of 2026 to support the transition for the company’s travel partners.

Salmon will retire from the cruise line in 2027 after a career of more than 50 years in the travel, tourism and cruise industries. At Victory Cruise Lines, he led the company’s sales organization and worked closely with travel advisors and industry partners. His retirement follows a planned leadership transition that will continue through the remainder of 2026.
