According to the “Turkey’s Top 500 Companies with the Highest R&D Expenditure – R&D 500 2024” research prepared by TurkishTime, Turkish Aerospace Industries (TUSAŞ) has become Turkey’s company with the highest R&D spending for the third consecutive year.
In a statement regarding the achievement, TUSAŞ CEO Mehmet Demiroğlu emphasised that the company continues its R&D investments with determination in line with its vision of high technology and domestic and national production.
5,000 Engineers, 102 Projects, 51.5 Billion TL in R&D Strength
According to the research results, TUSAŞ carried out R&D investments worth 51.5 billion TL with approximately 5,000 engineers and researchers working on 102 R&D projects. These investments cover projects aimed at enhancing Turkey’s global competitiveness in defence, aviation and space technologies.
Mehmet Demiroğlu included the following remarks in his statement:
“According to the results of the ‘Turkey’s Top 500 Companies with the Highest R&D Expenditure – R&D 500 2024’ research conducted by TurkishTime, TUSAŞ has ranked at the top among the companies with the highest R&D spending in Turkey for the third consecutive year.
With 5,000 engineers and researchers involved in 102 R&D projects, TUSAŞ has realised R&D investments worth 51.5 billion TL, making strong contributions to our country’s technological development.
