At an aviation fair held in England, Turkish Airlines (THY) introduced its new state-of-the-art “Crystal Business Class Suite.” According to a statement from the THY Press Office, this new seat set stands out as the first in the company’s fleet to feature an adjustable door.
The new seats offer a comfortable travel experience with direct aisle access for all guests, an adjustable privacy panel for middle seats, 23-inch seat width, and a spacious footrest area. Additionally, all side suites provide direct access to a window. In line with THY’s “Flow” brand identity, the suites feature lighter and warmer colors, marble-look side tables, and gold-toned details.
The new suites are equipped with adjustable ambient and reading lights, a universal power outlet, USB-C charging ports, a wireless charging unit on the side table, noise-canceling headphone jacks, an adjustable mirror, closed storage space, ergonomic seat cushions, and a 22-inch in-flight entertainment (IFE) screen. THY aims to maximize guest experience by producing these new seats with leather and fabrics sourced from Turkey through its subsidiary, TCI Aircraft Interiors.

Prof. Dr. Ahmet Bolat, Chairman of the Board and Executive Committee of THY, commented on the new Business Class suites, stating, “Our new Crystal Business Class suite will open a new chapter for our long-haul luxury travel and carry our airline into the future with a new level of comfort and privacy across our extensive global network. Our specially designed seats, combined with our award-winning in-flight dining service, will continue to offer our guests a unique experience above the clouds.”
The new seats will be featured on THY’s intercontinental flights and will be gradually installed on Airbus A350 aircraft upon order. Additionally, these new suites will be included in the renewed Boeing 777 fleet.
