THY Increases Flights to China – 31 Weekly Flights to Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou

Turkish Airlines (THY) has taken an important step to strengthen its presence in the Asian market. The company has decided to increase the number of flights to China starting from October 26, 2025. Currently operating a total of 21 weekly flights to Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou, THY will raise this number to 31.

The new flight schedule will be as follows:

Beijing: 10 flights

Shanghai: 11 flights

Guangzhou: 10 flights

Bilal Ekşi: “Turkey is growing, THY is flying high”

THY General Manager Bilal Ekşi commented on the matter via social media:

“10 additional flights to China! We currently operate a total of 21 weekly passenger flights to three destinations (Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou). As of October 26, 2025, we will increase our weekly flights to a total of 31: Beijing 10, Shanghai 11, and Guangzhou 10. Turkey is growing, THY is flying high.”

This increase in THY’s flights to China will support both the commercial relations between the two countries and their tourism potential. With the new schedule, passenger capacity coming from China to Turkey will significantly increase.
