Ankara, Izmir, Milas-Bodrum, and Skopje airports have been recognised among Europe’s best at the ACI World Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Awards for their passenger experience and service quality.
Ankara Esenboğa, Izmir Adnan Menderes, Milas-Bodrum, and Skopje airports, operated by TAV Airports, achieved significant success at the Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Awards organised by Airports Council International (ACI World).
The awards were presented during the ACI Customer Experience Global Summit held in Guangzhou, China, and were received by Aude Ferrand, Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of TAV Airports and CEO of TAV Operation Services. At the summit, Ferrand shared strategies on how multi-airport operators deliver both consistent and differentiated passenger experiences across their portfolios.
The awards won by TAV Airports are as follows:

Ankara Esenboğa, Izmir Adnan Menderes, Milas-Bodrum Airports: “Best Airport in Europe” and “Most Enjoyable Airport in Europe” in their respective passenger capacity categories.

Izmir Adnan Menderes, Milas-Bodrum, and Skopje Airports: “Easiest Airport Journey in Europe” category.

Izmir Adnan Menderes and Milas-Bodrum Airports: “Cleanest Airport in Europe” award.

Milas-Bodrum Airport: “Airport with the Most Dedicated Staff in Europe” award.
