New Route from SunExpress: Direct Flights from İzmir to Porto Begin
SunExpress, a joint venture of Turkish Airlines and Lufthansa, is adding Porto, one of Portugal’s top tourist destinations, to its network in the 2025 winter season. Direct flights from İzmir to Porto will commence on 5 November.
Continuing to expand its flight network, SunExpress announced that it will launch direct services on the İzmir – Porto route as of 5 November 2025. With this new connection, passengers will be able to reach the Portuguese city, renowned for its history and cultural richness, comfortably with twice-weekly flights operating on Wednesdays and Sundays.
