Pegasus Airlines’ Corporate Governance Rating Rises to 98.20
Pegasus Airlines has announced the results of its 2025 Corporate Governance Principles Compliance Rating via the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP). According to the new report prepared by Kobirate International Credit Rating and Corporate Governance Services Inc., an agency authorised by the Capital Markets Board (CMB), the company’s score has been updated to 98.20 (9.82 out of 10).
Last year’s score of 97.90 (9.79 out of 10) increased by 0.30 points this year. With this improvement, Pegasus has continued to perform above industry standards in corporate governance, transparency, and stakeholder relations.
High Performance in Subcategories
The subcategory ratings for corporate governance are as follows:
