Pegasus Airlines has signed a new distribution partnership agreement with Atlas, which provides low-cost airline sales and data analytics solutions. This collaboration demonstrates the company’s continued global growth in low-cost airline retailing, following the successful integration process Atlas initiated with Ryanair.
Fast and Reliable Access via Direct API
Under the agreement, Pegasus will now have instant access to Atlas’s extensive network of travel agencies worldwide through a direct API infrastructure. This allows the airline to strengthen its presence in the European, Middle Eastern, North African, and Central Asian markets, while expanding its sales channels in new regions.
Atlas officials emphasize that Pegasus has long been one of the most requested brands by travel agencies. With the new integration, Pegasus flights, including baggage allowance, seat selection, and different fare packages, have been incorporated into Atlas’s retail platform.
Access to Over 150 Destinations Through a Single System
Through the Atlas platform, Pegasus can now offer flights to over 150 destinations in 54 countries. Covering 36% of the domestic Turkish market, this flight network enables travel agencies to provide thousands of routes that competitors cannot access.
The direct connection allows real-time data from the airline to replace outdated pricing. This ensures transparency in pricing and operational reliability. Pegasus’s “Light” fare package, covering only hand luggage, often appears ahead of competitors on price comparison sites; the direct pricing model generates more clicks and bookings.
Revenue Growth Through Ancillary Services
The Atlas platform allows the sale of ancillary services, such as baggage and seat selection, during or after ticket purchase. This can increase average revenue per sale by 15–20%.
Full Access to the Turkish Market with a Single Integration
Travel agencies with Pegasus integration through Atlas can manage Turkey’s entire airline network from a single system with reliable, transparent, and consistent content. While competitors must work with multiple suppliers, Atlas users can offer a simpler, more efficient, and customer-focused booking experience.
