Pegasus Airlines’ Occupancy Rate Increased to 88.3 Percent: April 2024 Traffic Report

PEGASUS AIRLINES Inc. shared its traffic data and carbon emission statistics for April 2024. The company’s performance in air transportation stood out with an increase in the number of passengers and controlled carbon emissions.

In April 2024, the number of passengers using PEGASUS’s services increased by 22% compared to the same period last year, reaching 2.92 million. This increase raised the total number of landings by 8% to 16,077. The number of seats also increased by 11% to 3.31 million. The load factor rose by 7.8 points to 88.3%. Available Seat Kilometers (ASK) increased by 9%, reaching 5,150.

In domestic flights, the number of passengers increased by 37%, which raised the number of domestic landings by 18% to 6,017. The load factor in domestic flights rose by 8.5 points to 91.4%.

In international flights, there was a 14% increase in the number of passengers, which raised the number of international landings by 3% to 10,060. The load factor in international flights rose by 7.1 points to 86.4%.

According to carbon emission statistics, PEGASUS’s CO2 grams/RPK value in April 2024 remained stable at 57.2 compared to the previous period.
