Pegasus Airlines has decided to commence flights to Mashhad Airport in Iran during the summer season. With this decision, flights on the Istanbul-Mashhad route are planned to begin on July 3rd.
Mashhad, as Iran’s second-largest city, holds significant religious and cultural importance, making it a potential hub for tourism and business travel. With Pegasus opening this route, it is expected to facilitate easier transportation between Istanbul and Mashhad, strengthening the ties between these two important cities.
Pegasus plans to operate its flights to Mashhad using A320/A321neo aircraft. These modern planes will offer passengers a comfortable travel experience while also being an economical and environmentally friendly option.
The flights are scheduled twice a week, providing increased flexibility for both business and leisure travelers. Pegasus’s upcoming flights to Mashhad will contribute to the development of air transportation between Iran and Turkey, bolstering commercial relations in the region.
