Pegasus Airlines stated in its disclosure to KAP that no distributable profit was generated for 2025. A decision was made at the General Assembly not to distribute dividends.
Pegasus’ 2025 Profit Distribution Decision
Pegasus Airlines announced, via the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), the General Assembly decision regarding the use of its 2025 profit.
At the Ordinary General Assembly meeting held on March 31, 2026, the decision not to distribute dividends related to the 2025 activities was approved by a majority vote.
No Distributable Profit Generated
According to the statement, the profit distribution table prepared in line with the Board of Directors’ decision dated March 4, 2026, was reviewed. Within this scope, it was determined that no distributable profit was generated according to legal records.
In the company’s financials:
Despite having a net profit for the period according to Turkish Financial Reporting Standards
Dividend distribution was not possible due to a loss recorded in legal books prepared in accordance with the Tax Procedure Law
No Dividend Payment Will Be Made
Within the scope of the decision taken at the General Assembly:
- No cash dividend will be paid
- No bonus share distribution will be made
- The dividend per share with a nominal value of 1 TL was determined as 0 TL
In line with the decision, no profit distribution will be made to investors.
Financial Details Drew Attention
According to the company’s disclosed profit distribution table, the highlights are as follows:
- Paid-in capital: 500 million TL
- Net profit for the period according to CMB: 13.75 billion TL
- Period loss according to legal records: -39.7 billion TL
- Amount calculated including donations: 13.82 billion TL
However, since there is no distributable profit in legal records, these amounts were not subject to dividend distribution.
