Pegasus Airlines, Turkey’s largest low-cost carrier, has announced its salary increase rates for cabin crew in 2025. The new rates will take effect from 1 January 2025, with adjustments varying across different departments.
2025 Salary Increase Rates
- Cockpit Crew: Salaries have been increased by 20%.
- Industry-wide Salary Increase: Salaries across the sector have been raised by 15%.
Details of Previous Adjustments
On 1 July 2024, Pegasus Airlines implemented a 25% increase in flight pay and sector salaries.
