According to the GDA’s offer, EPF and Khazanah, currently holding about 40% of MAHB, will increase their share to 70% after the transaction. The remaining 30% of MAHB shares will be split between the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority and Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP).
