Criteria for THY Pilot Candidates
THY is seeking pilot candidates for Boeing 737 aircraft with the following qualifications:
- Born on or after January 1, 1974
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1,000 hours of flight experience on B737 aircraft
- A minimum of 250 hours of flight time on B737 in the last 12 months
- ATPL theoretical credit or an ATPL (A) and EASA/FAA/ICAO CPL/IR (A) license
- At least ICAO Level 4 proficiency in English
- No health issues
Salaries Reach Up to 600,000 TL
Newly hired pilots at Turkish Airlines and other Turkish airlines earn starting salaries of approximately 152,000 TL. However, these salaries can reach up to 600,000 TL, depending on flight hours, seniority, and aircraft type.
