International Award Sweep for TAV Airports: Four Airports Ranked Among the Best

The airports operated by TAV Airports-Izmir Adnan Menderes, Milas-Bodrum, Skopje, and Zagreb-were recognized among the best at the Airport Service Quality (ASQ) awards organized by the Airports Council International (ACI World). Based on passenger evaluations, these airports were named “best airport” in their respective categories and received their awards at the ACI Customer Experience Summit held in Atlanta, USA.

TAV Airports’ Group President of Airport Operations, Kürşad Koçak, commented on this achievement:

“We are proud that four of our airports have been ranked among the world’s best in terms of customer experience, based on passenger evaluations.”

Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport made a significant impact by winning awards in five categories, including “Best Airport in Europe” and “Cleanest Airport.” Zagreb Airport also distinguished itself by winning the “Easiest Airport Journey in Europe” award, earning a place on the ACI World Director General’s Roll of Excellence.
