RGIA joins the ranks of distinguished airports worldwide recognised for excellence in passenger services.
Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA) in Hyderabad has been awarded Level 4 Accreditation under the Airports Council International (ACI) World Airport Customer Experience Accreditation Programme. This achievement places RGIA among the select group of airports globally acknowledged for excellence in passenger experience.
Level 4 accreditation represents the highest stage in ACI’s customer experience evaluation framework, symbolising a proactive customer-centric approach supported by strong governance, effective collaboration, and measurable results.
Global standard in customer experience
In this process, RGIA enhanced its passenger feedback mechanisms, invested in data-driven service improvements, and worked in close cooperation with stakeholders to deliver a seamless travel experience at every stage of the journey.
The airport has also strengthened its position as a leading hub not only in India but also regionally, with continuous innovations in infrastructure, digital services, and passenger amenities.
