Corendon Airlines aims to provide passengers with an active and comfortable travel experience during flights through the Fit&Fly video series prepared together with fitness trainer Noyan Dülek.
Corendon Airlines launched a new project focused on passengers’ quality of life by transforming the travel experience beyond just a transportation service. Through the Fit&Fly video series prepared in collaboration with international fitness trainer Noyan Dülek, the company is bringing the healthy lifestyle concept to the skies.
With the exercise content prepared within the scope of the new project, it is aimed to help passengers stay more active during flights, support circulation, and reduce the feeling of fatigue that may occur after travel.

Active Lifestyle Experience During Flights from Corendon Airlines
The Fit&Fly project implemented by Corendon Airlines was developed inspired by active and healthy lifestyle trends.
While the company approaches the travel experience as a holistic journey that adds value to every moment of travel, it aims to help passengers feel better during flights.

A 7-Minute Exercise Series Was Prepared
The content prepared by international fitness trainer, AFAA Group Fitness Representative, and NO1 Lifestyle founder Noyan Dülek features a “7-Minute Seated Circulation and Posture Exercise Series” that can be safely performed inside an aircraft cabin.
The movements prepared by Dülek, who has more than 25 years of industry experience, aim to help:
- Support circulation,
- Reduce muscle tension,
- Relieve post-flight fatigue.
Longevity Culture Is Being Brought to the Skies
In recent years, the rising global “longevity” culture — meaning healthy and high-quality living — aims not only for a long life but also for a more active, balanced, and quality lifestyle.
In line with this understanding, the Fit&Fly project aims to make movement a natural part of the travel experience.
The content, designed to reduce the effects of remaining inactive for long periods, offers practical solutions especially for passengers on long flights.

Movements Focused on Neck, Spine, and Circulation
The video series includes content in different categories such as:
- Neck and shoulder relaxation,
- Posture and spinal mobility,
- Active blood circulation,
- Lower body activation,
- Movements supporting leg circulation,
- Pre-landing energy exercises.
The movements, which passengers can easily perform in their seats, are intended to make the flight experience more comfortable.
A New Perspective on the Travel Experience
With the Fit&Fly project, Corendon Airlines aims to bring a different perspective to the travel experience by combining movement, comfort, and well-being concepts.
The company emphasizes that travel should not only mean reaching one point from another but should also be an experience that supports physical and mental well-being.
According to experts, such projects that combine passenger experience with the healthy lifestyle concept in the aviation sector may create a new trend among airlines in the future.
