The AJet-operated VF 183 Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen–Tehran flight made an emergency landing in Ankara due to a passenger falling ill. The passenger was taken to hospital.
AJet Airlines announced that the passenger aircraft operating flight VF 183 from Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport to Tehran implemented emergency landing procedures after a passenger became ill during the flight.

In a statement issued by AJet, it was noted that the passenger aircraft operating on the Sabiha Gökçen–Tehran route declared an emergency landing code after a passenger fell ill during the flight. The aircraft landed safely at Ankara Esenboğa Airport.
Following the landing, the ill passenger was disembarked and handed over to medical teams, then taken to hospital. After the necessary procedures were completed, the aircraft took off again and landed in Tehran without any issues.
Authorities stated that the incident did not affect flight safety and that the flight was completed as scheduled.
