Airbus SE has updated its commercial aircraft delivery forecast for 2025 in light of recent supplier quality issues affecting the A320 Family delivery flow. The company announced that it is targeting around 790 commercial aircraft deliveries in 2025.
This update comes as a result of a supplier-related quality issue with the fuselage panels of the A320 Family. However, Airbus has not changed its financial guidance for 2025 and has kept its financial forecasts unchanged.
Airbus continues to target approximately €7.0 billion in adjusted EBIT (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, and Amortization) and around €4.5 billion in free cash flow before customer financing for 2025.
2025 Deliveries and Financial Targets
Airbus stated that it is maintaining its financial and operational targets for 2025. Despite the supplier quality issues impacting the A320 Family delivery flow, the company has not made any changes to its commercial aircraft delivery target or financial forecasts. These targets reflect the company’s strong production capacity and operational efficiency.
