Aircraft manufacturers may receive 220 billion rubles in 2027-2029 to cover the difference between the actual cost and the commercial price of aircraft. This is stated in the draft federal budget of the Russian Federation for the next three-year period.
In particular, 30 million rubles may be allocated from the state budget in 2027, 78 million rubles in 2028, and the remaining 112 million rubles in 2029. The funds are intended for manufacturers who have transferred aircraft to the customer, the document specifies.
On September 30, the government press service announced that the draft federal budget for 2027-2029 was submitted for consideration by State Duma deputies. The corresponding order was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
Allocations in favor of the aviation industry are provided for in the section "National Economy" ("Other issues in the field of national economy").
