In Russia’s Kursk region, a total of 12 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) were shot down. Acting Governor of Kursk, Aleksey Smirnov, announced this development on his Telegram channel.

According to Acting Governor Smirnov, Russian air defense systems neutralized 12 aircraft-type UAVs belonging to Ukraine in the Oboyanskiy and Medvenskiy districts of the Kursk region. Smirnov praised the success of the air defense forces and shared a message saying, “12 more aircraft-type UAVs belonging to Ukraine were shot down by our defenders in the Oboyanskiy and Medvenskiy districts. Thanks to the air defense warriors.”
