Two Hyatt All-Inclusive Resorts Coming to Mexico in 2026

Two new all-inclusive properties are set to open in Mexico’s top leisure markets by the end of 2026, with Park Hyatt Riviera Maya targeting a stretch of Caribbean coastline between Cancun and Puerto Morelos and Grand Hyatt Los Cabos Resort, Golf & Spa taking shape within the Oleada Pacific Living & Golf oceanfront community in Cabo San Lucas. Both properties are owned by Parks Hospitality Holdings.

The Hyatt Evolution Continues

Park Hyatt Riviera Maya sits inside AMAI, a private coastal enclave framed by a mangrove landscape. The resort will have 148 guestrooms and suites with Caribbean views, and select accommodations will feature private plunge pools. A Penthouse at 2,300 sq. ft. anchors the top end of the inventory. Each guest will be assigned a dedicated Resort Ambassador from pre-arrival through checkout. Dining will be entirely a la carte across seven venues, centering on refined Mexican cuisine and seafood. Mornings start at a coffee bar featuring a curated selection of Mexican beans; evenings shift toward The Botanist cocktail bar and a sommelier-led wine-and-spirits program. A beachfront pool with private cabanas, an open-air spa garden and preferred access to El Tinto Golf Course complete the leisure offerings.

Grand Hyatt Los Cabos Resort, Golf & Spa takes a different approach. Its Baja-inspired architecture, 301 guestrooms and suites (including 42 swim-out guestrooms and a Presidential Suite at 4,602 sq. ft.) and more than 20,000 sq. ft. of indoor meeting and event space. Five a la carte restaurants and five bar concepts span beachfront dining, a rooftop bar, a steakhouse, pan-Asian and Italian options and an intimate speakeasy. The property also includes an 18-hole Ernie Els Design golf course, pickleball courts, kids’ and teen clubs, multiple ocean-view pools and a spa with 12 private treatment cabins offering hydrotherapy, steam, sauna and a traditional temazcal.
