Turkey’s national flag carrier, Turkish Airlines (THY), has taken another significant step in bringing its world-renowned hospitality to Europe. The airline has added a new milestone to its international growth vision by opening its first dedicated passenger lounge in Europe at Edinburgh Airport. The new facility is also the eighth lounge Turkish Airlines has opened outside Türkiye.

During the opening ceremony, officials highlighted that the new lounge not only strengthens the rising presence of the Turkish Airlines brand in Europe but also makes global connections from Scotland more comfortable and enjoyable.
Turkish Airlines offers one of the world’s largest flight networks with seamless connections from Edinburgh to 356 destinations across 132 countries. The new Edinburgh lounge adds superior comfort to this vast network, delivering a unique travel experience to its passengers.
