Turkish Airlines Wins APEX World Class Award for the Fifth Consecutive Time
Turkey’s flag carrier, Turkish Airlines (THY), has once again been honoured with the prestigious APEX World Class title, one of the most esteemed awards in the global aviation sector. Winning this award for the fifth consecutive year, THY has reinforced its worldwide leadership through the standards it has achieved in passenger experience, service quality, and sustainability.
The APEX/IFSA Awards Ceremony was held in Long Beach, where airlines enhancing passenger experience through innovative practices were evaluated. Following a rigorous review by industry experts, THY was deemed worthy of the “World Class” award due to its outstanding performance in Safety & Health, Service & Guest Experience, Sustainability, and Food & Beverage Services.

This year, THY also achieved two additional milestones:

“Best in Class” award for the second consecutive year in the World Class Sustainability category

“Best in Class” award in the newly added World Class Food & Beverage Services category

Following the award, THY Chairman and CEO Prof. Ahmet Bolat stated:
