Turkish Airlines (THY) has released its traffic results for November 2025. According to the data, double-digit growth was achieved in both passenger and cargo transportation, while demand for international routes continued its strong trend.
Compared to November 2024, in 2025:
- The number of landings increased by 12.6% to 45,454.
- Available Seat Km rose by 10.3% to 22.27 billion.
- Revenue Passenger Km grew by 13.4%.
- Passenger load factor increased by 2.3 points to 84.5%.
- Total passenger numbers rose by 14% to 7.42 million.
- Cargo and mail volume increased by 14.8% to 190,692 tonnes.
Domestic Traffic
- Passenger numbers increased by 7.2% to 2.45 million.
- Load factor grew by 3.2 points to 86.8%.
- Cargo transportation in this segment dropped by 12.3%.
International Traffic
- International passenger numbers rose by 17.7% to 4.97 million.
- Passenger numbers excluding international-to-international transfer increased by 16.1%.
- Cargo volume increased by 15.7% to 185,654 tonnes.
- Distance flown increased by 13.3% to 90.4 billion km.
Regional Performance (November 2025)
- Middle East: Passenger growth of 37%
- Africa: Passenger growth of 25.7%
- Far East: 15.1% growth
- Europe: 13.1% growth
- North America: 6.1% growth
- Latin America (O&G): 0.4% growth
- While overall passenger load factor increased across all regions, total load factor was recorded as 84.5%.
THY January–November 2025 Results: Reaches 85 Million Passengers
THY’s data for the first 11 months of the year also shows that strong growth has continued.
In the January–November 2025 period:
- Total passenger numbers increased by 8.4% to 85.33 million.
- Available Seat Km rose by 7.4% to 249.9 billion.
- Revenue Passenger Km grew by 8.6%.
- Overall passenger load factor increased by 0.9 points to 83.2%.
- Cargo and mail volume rose by 7.6% to 1.97 million tonnes.
- International-to-international transfer passenger numbers increased by 12.8% to 32.5 million.
Domestic Traffic (January–November)
- Passenger numbers increased by 3.9% to 29.58 million.
- Load factor: 86.3%
- Cargo volume increased by 4.1%.
International Traffic (January–November)
- Passenger numbers increased by 10.9% to 55.75 million.
- Cargo volume rose by 7.7%.
- Passenger numbers excluding international-to-international transfers increased by 8.4% to 23.22 million.

THY Continues to Expand Its Fleet and Route Network
As of November 2025:
- THY’s fleet increased from 489 to 513 aircraft.
- Seating capacity rose by 4.7% to 105,662.
- The number of destinations served reached 355.
- Total distance flown increased by 7% in 11 months, reaching 1.125 billion kilometres.
