Turkish Airlines is preparing to make a change in fleet planning on its Istanbul–Denpasar flights, which are operated with 9 weekly frequencies in the 2026/27 winter season. As of 26 October 2026, the airline will update the aircraft types used on the route, ending the mixed operation of Boeing 787-9 and Airbus A350-900 aircraft.
Under the new planning, all flights on the Istanbul–Denpasar route will be operated exclusively with Airbus A350-900 aircraft. The change is considered to be in line with the goal of increasing operational efficiency and passenger comfort.
