Codeshare Agreement Between Air Montenegro and Turkish Airlines
Air Montenegro, one of the flag carrier airlines of the Balkan region, is launching a new codeshare (joint flight) agreement with Turkish aviation giant Turkish Airlines. The agreement is planned to enter into force at the beginning of March 2026.
According to the planning, the two airlines will operate joint flights on four different international routes departing from Istanbul.
Four Istanbul Routes Included in the Agreement
Within the scope of the codeshare agreement, Turkish Airlines’ code will also appear on flights operated by Air Montenegro. The routes included in the codeshare have been announced as follows:
- Istanbul – Baku
- Istanbul – Dubai
- Istanbul – Podgorica
- Istanbul – Tivat
Thanks to this agreement, passengers will be able to use the networks of the two airlines in a more integrated way.
More Connection Options for Passengers
With the implementation of the codeshare, passengers will have access to more connection options through a single ticket. It will provide easier connections especially for travellers flying between the Balkans, the Caucasus and the Middle East.
The cooperation will also contribute to the expansion of the international flight networks of both airlines.
