TAV Airports reached €1.39 billion in revenue in the first nine months of 2025. CEO Serkan Kaptan announced a 4% increase in international traffic and a 21% rise in net profit. Growth continues with investments in Antalya, Ankara, Almaty, and Medina.

Serkan Kaptan: “International traffic increased by 4%, we are approaching our inflation targets.”

TAV Airports announced its financial results for the first nine months of 2025. The company’s consolidated revenue reached €1.39 billion, while gross profit was recorded at €467 million. International passenger traffic increased by 4% year-on-year, reaching 59 million passengers.

“EBITDA increased by 14%, net profit rose 21% year-on-year”

TAV Airports CEO Serkan Kaptan said: “Despite challenging external conditions, our passenger growth continued in the first nine months of 2025, and our international traffic grew by 4%. Our revenue and EBITDA growth maintained their strong momentum. Consolidated EBITDA increased by 14% to €467 million. Our net profit stood at €75 million. Although exchange rate differences and deferred tax effects limited net profit in the first half, these effects eased in the third quarter, and our net profit increased by 21% year-on-year.”

Investments in Antalya and Ankara support growth

Kaptan stated that they expanded duty-free, food & beverage, and lounge areas at Antalya Airport and doubled the terminal capacity. He noted that strong growth in revenue and EBITDA was achieved in the first quarter of the 25-year concession period in Ankara, emphasising that low-cost carriers are supporting international growth.

Kaptan also announced that the €315 million investment in Almaty will be completed by the end of 2027, and the new international terminal in Medina will become operational in 2028. He added, “Negotiations to extend the concession period in Georgia until 2031 are ongoing. This will allow us to increase our capacity to 10 million passengers. Our diversified portfolio strengthens our resilience against crises. We closely monitor currency fluctuations and geopolitical developments, and we continue to pursue operational excellence and value-driven growth.”
