Turkish Airlines (THY) operates flights to 541 destinations across 6 continents in 131 countries.
Ahmet Bolat, Chairman of THY’s Board, stated that the airline’s fleet has reached 512 aircraft and noted that the goal is to increase this number to 810 by 2033.
Bolat also shared information about THY’s financial health, stating that the airline has only 300 million dollars in commercial debt.
Foreign Exchange Contribution
Last year, THY contributed 18 billion dollars in foreign exchange to the Turkish economy, and this year, this figure is expected to reach 19 billion dollars. Bolat emphasized that THY provides significant contributions to the national economy through its international flight network and growth strategies.
