SunExpress, a joint venture between Turkish Airlines (THY) and Lufthansa, has announced a significant salary increase for its employees. The airline has decided to raise salaries for cabin and cockpit crew by 15%, while other positions will see a 10% increase. In some departments, the salary increase rate goes up to 20%. Additionally, the exchange rate for employees receiving their salaries in Euros has been set at 42 TL.
This adjustment aims to minimize the negative impacts of fluctuations in exchange rates and to maintain the real value of employees’ salaries.
For many years, SunExpress has been developing various strategies to maintain its competitive position in both national and international markets. These salary increases, aimed at enhancing the economic well-being of its employees, reflect the importance SunExpress places on its workforce.
