Direct Antalya–Mardin Flights Begin on 27 October

SunExpress is launching scheduled flights from Antalya to Mardin in response to strong passenger demand. The first flight will take place on 27 October, with services operating twice a week.

A new era of direct flights between Antalya and Mardin is about to begin. SunExpress has announced scheduled services between the two cities in response to passenger demand. Starting on 27 October, flights will operate twice a week, on Mondays and Fridays.

Hatip Çelik, Chairman of the Mardin Chamber of Commerce and Industry, emphasised that these services would make a significant contribution to the region’s tourism and economy. Highlighting the importance of continuity, Çelik said:
“Extending these flights across all 12 months is vital for regional development and for diversifying tourism.”

Çelik also stated that efforts are ongoing, both with the airline and the Directorate General of Civil Aviation, to ensure the sustainability of the flights.
