TAV Construction Board Chairman Sani Şener, who was detained in France on 19 February due to an international arrest request originating from Tunisia, returned to Turkey after being released under judicial supervision conditions.
It was reported that Şener, who was subject to a travel ban abroad throughout the process conducted in France, returned to the country after the completion of legal procedures.

The process that led to Şener’s detention was initiated upon an international judicial request made by Tunisia. Following evaluations conducted by French authorities, a decision was made to release him under judicial supervision conditions.
After the lifting of the travel ban imposed during the process, Şener returned to Turkey.
