Awards Won by Pegasus
Sustainability Team of the Year
Pegasus’ Sustainability Team was honoured with the “Sustainability Team of the Year” award thanks to its ESG strategy, supported by a climate transition roadmap aimed at achieving carbon neutrality, gender balance-focused initiatives, and transparent reporting practices.
European Treasury Team of the Year
The company’s Treasury Team received the “European Treasury Team of the Year” award for its innovative steps, including aircraft financings in 2024 and 2025, Eurobond issuances, sustainability-linked financing structures, funding for hangar construction at Sabiha Gökçen Airport, spare engine financing, and the industry’s first engine maintenance financing.

This transaction stands out globally as a pioneering application, linking debt and equity components directly to long-term sustainability targets.
