Güliz Öztürk Named “Most Inspiring CEO for Young People”

Pegasus Airlines received three awards in different categories at the Youth Awards 2025, organised by Youthall. While Pegasus CEO Güliz Öztürk received the “Most Inspiring CEO for Young People” award, the company was also chosen as the most desirable brand to work for in the transportation sector by young people.

At the Youth Awards 2025, determined by the votes of young talents, Pegasus Airlines won awards in three different categories:

• In the “Most Inspiring CEO for Young People” category, Pegasus Airlines CEO Güliz Öztürk won the Gold Award.
• In the “Most Desirable Transportation/Logistics Company to Work For” category, Pegasus Airlines won the Gold Award.
• The GoYoung programme received the Bronze Award in the “Most Admired Recruitment Programme” category.

This year, 192,384 young talents from 245 different departments at 253 universities took part in the voting organised by Youthall. Participants evaluated companies that stand out with their employer branding efforts and determined the award winners.

With its projects that listen to the career expectations of young people and support them, Pegasus Airlines has achieved yet another success in its employer branding journey.
