Pegasus Airlines’ New Routes Added to Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport

Under the leadership of Pegasus Airlines, Sabiha Gökçen International Airport is connecting Istanbul with many new cities. With the addition of new routes in May, the flight network expands in Eastern Europe and Central Asia.

New Routes: Sofia, Chisinau, Aktau, and Bratislava

Starting from May 1st with Sofia, followed by Chisinau on May 5th, Aktau on May 12th, and Bratislava on May 15th, Sabiha Gökçen promptly responds to travel demands. With the addition of these routes, the airport is expected to gain 102,000 international passengers for the remainder of the year.

Direct Flights from Istanbul to Bratislava

With the Bratislava route, Istanbul will be directly connected to the capital of Slovakia for the first time. This new service will enhance Istanbul’s international connections, providing travel convenience.

Expanding Capacity of Sabiha Gökçen

Sabiha Gökçen International Airport is expanding its capacity to meet the increasing passenger demands in recent years. Currently serving a total of 162 destinations in 53 countries with 40 domestic and 122 international connections, the airport continues to increase its passenger numbers with the opening of the second runway.
