THY and TASSA Meet: Cabin Crew Working Conditions on the Agenda

THY Chairman Ahmet Bolat met with TASSA President Zarife Banu Atılgan and the new management team to discuss cabin crew working conditions and strategic goals for the aviation ecosystem.

Turkish Airlines (THY) Chairman of the Board Ahmet Bolat met with TASSA President Zarife Banu Atılgan and TASSA’s new management team. During the meeting, where the association’s new-term objectives since its establishment in 1965 were discussed, strategic topics aimed at the sustainable development of the aviation ecosystem were evaluated.

One of the main agenda items of the meeting was improving the working experience of cabin crews. Proposals aimed at increasing the comfort and efficiency of cabin crews in operational processes were discussed.

THY Chairman of the Board Ahmet Bolat emphasized that the on-site experience of cabin crews is critically important for the quality of aviation operations, stating, “We value all constructive suggestions that will improve our teams’ working conditions and increase operational efficiency.”

TASSA President Zarife Banu Atılgan stated that, in line with the association’s new management-term objectives, they aim to strengthen cooperation with industry stakeholders. Atılgan noted that improving the professional development and working standards of cabin crews will contribute to the holistic development of the aviation sector.

It was noted that the meeting represents an important step toward deepening cooperation between THY and TASSA and implementing human-resource-focused projects in the aviation sector.
